Black Friday trade event

Each year the creative team is tasked to create a trade event campaign for the Black Friday period. There are typically several phases to the event with additional deals being turned on to entice the customer to come back and shop again during the event.

I developed the kit of parts for Black Friday which involved creating a kit of pre approved eDMs, social media and website assets. During the event the digital design team would utalise this kit to create reactive assets as the digital team reported on real time results. This enabled us to quickly swap out assets if we weren’t hitting the target budget.

During this event I managed a team of 15+ digital designers to ensure we delivered on brand creative which resulted in the business exceeding the projected budget for this trade event.
