It’s been a privilege to work with SJ over the last 2 years while she was the Creative Manager for Cotton On Kids, and my reporting manager. SJ is such a great people leader, strategist, creative thinker and designer – a rare and sort after combo in the creative world! She always has time for her people, and takes pride in mentoring and supporting the career development of those around her.
Within 2 years at Cotton On Kids she helped transform the brand, including our ways of working, internal creative processes and team dynamics, helping to shape our creative team, and clearly define roles and responsibilities. SJ also helped to unite people from many different teams across the business, to come together to work more effectively and efficiently.
As well as being an inspirational mentor to me, SJ has been a great friend, and I look forward to our paths crossing again in the future.
